Hand sanitiser is provided, and we encourage you to use this also, before and after your treatment session
It is recommended that you avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands, and cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, and then throw it in the bin.
All mats, treatment couches and other equipment that you use in the treatment area is wiped down after each use
If you have a temperature or a mild cough or feel unwell in any way, please let us know and stay at home- you will not be charged for your appointment and we can re-schedule once you are well / advised to continue on as normal. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you do need to cancel your appointment.
